Martin sold my condo at asking price within 10 days from putting it on the market then closed the sale in 3 weeks. If that's not stellar, I don't know what is. I have a cat who is like my own daughter. He posted signs in/outside doors just to protect my cat from getting lost upon broker/prospect visits to the property. And, I didn't even ask him to do that. He negotiated everything and fought hard for my interest including lease-back which I badly needed since the condo sale closed before I purchased my current home. He's utmost trust worthy.
